The SP-Line (Sport-production) exhaust system is an optimal replacement choice for standard motorcycles. It gives technical perfection to your motorbike and emphasizes the hi-tech appearance. The header pipes are made of stainless TIG - hand welded high-grade steel and are highly polished.  To increase the performance, the optimum pipe lengths and pipe diameters were defined in time-consuming tests on our dyno to provide better torque at medium revs. The maximum performance increases fantastically  by  8,3 kW (11,3 HP), the standard performance being exceeded already from 2500 rpm onwards. As early as at 6000 rpm the power gain is 7,72 kW (10,5 HP). With consistent light-weight construction and use of high-strength materials, the weight was reduced by as much as 9,2 kg .
When ordering the exhaust system the customer can choose the standard muffler with a titanium outer sleeve, a muffler with a carbon outer sleeve or an entirely titanium-made muffler; the performance is not influenced by this choice.

Note: The indicated performance characteristics refer to full-power models, so the limitations that are practiced in some countries are not taken into consideration.

All test figures have been measured at the rear wheel on the dynamometer model "Dynojet 200".

This "Evolution Line" exhaust system is a result of a long-lasting test period based on the 2001 model motorcycle as well as on the previous model. The complete exhaust system is made of tapered titanium tubing and in a 2 - 1 configuration while the link pipe is one 65 mm diameter tube with a conical section. A new bigger muffler was developed for this system including a carbon-fiber high-mount racing bracket. All this shows its racing pedigree. Lightweight construction and use of titanium reduces the weight of the complete exhaust system to 3.85 kg including the carbon-fiber bracket. All parts are hand-crafted with the same precision and quality as the rest of our products.
One large-volume elliptical muffler made of the highest quality materials provides the best sound absorption and weighs less than 2 kg. It comes with either a carbon-fiber or titanium outer sleeve. Special insulation materials with an extra thermal barrier resist the highest exhaust gas temperatures of 1000°C and keep the outer sleeve temperature as low as possible.
The result is a very smooth power curve over the entire rpm range with very significant improvements in the mid and top ranges up to the rpm limit.
